Yes. The sauna is fully off grid, powered by a rechargeable battery. The stove runs on propane.

How hot does the sauna get?
The sauna reaches approximately 190°F and takes about 30 minutes to heat up.

How does the stove work?
Turn the knobs and the control unit (CPU) automatically ignites the stove. Each cycle runs for 60 minutes.

How many people fit in the sauna?
The sauna comfortably fits 4 people and can accommodate up to 7–8 people with rotation.

How much space does the sauna need?
The trailer fits in a standard parking space and requires clear access for delivery and pickup.

Cold Plunge

Is the cold plunge included?
Yes, the cold plunge is included with select packages.

How big is the cold plunge?
It holds 252 gallons and fits two people at a time.

Is the cold plunge off grid?
Yes it can be! Water can be provided but if external hookups are available it is preferred.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during weekends and peak seasons.

Flat, level surfaces are preferred. We’ll confirm details ahead of time.

Is the sauna safe for beginners?
Yes. Sauna is safe when used responsibly. We provide guidance before each session.

How long should I stay in the sauna?
Listen to your body. Most sessions last 10–20 minutes followed by rest or cold exposure.

Who should avoid sauna or cold plunge?
Individuals who are pregnant or have heart, blood pressure, or medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before use.

What to Bring

What should I bring?
Swimwear, sandals, and any personal comfort items. Towels and drinking water are provided with Intermediate and above packages.

Can we play music?
Yes. Music is welcome and we will provide the bluetooth speaker that can set the vibe for your sauna rental.

Privacy & Groups

Is the experience private?
Yes. The sauna is reserved exclusively for your group.

Can larger groups rotate through?
Absolutely. Rotational use works well for larger groups and events.

Can the sauna be used in winter?
Yes. The sauna is designed for cold weather and performs exceptionally well in winter conditions.
