Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy


Effective Date: December 1, 2025

Aspen Sauna Company understands that plans can change. Because our services involve scheduling, transportation, and preparation, the following policy applies to all bookings.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit if applicable.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service are permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Weather & Conditions

In cases of severe weather or conditions that make setup unsafe, Aspen Sauna Company may reschedule the service. In such cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or credit.

No-Shows

Failure to be present or provide access at the scheduled time will be treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable.

Early Termination

If a session must be ended early due to unsafe conditions, misuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.

Deposits & Payments

Any deposits paid are applied toward the scheduled service date and are subject to this policy.
