Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
Effective Date: December 1, 2025
Aspen Sauna Company understands that plans can change. Because our services involve scheduling, transportation, and preparation, the following policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit if applicable.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service are permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Weather & Conditions
In cases of severe weather or conditions that make setup unsafe, Aspen Sauna Company may reschedule the service. In such cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or credit.
No-Shows
Failure to be present or provide access at the scheduled time will be treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable.
Early Termination
If a session must be ended early due to unsafe conditions, misuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.
Deposits & Payments
Any deposits paid are applied toward the scheduled service date and are subject to this policy.
