HOW IT WORKS

A seamless sauna experience—from booking to breakdown.

1. Book Your Experience

Choose your date, location, and service level.
Once your request is submitted, we’ll confirm availability and finalize details.

2. Delivery & Setup

On the day of your rental, we arrive on time to:

• Position and level the sauna trailer

• Begin heating the sauna (about 30 minutes)

• Set up the cold plunge if included

The sauna is fully off grid and requires minimal space.

3. Orientation

Before your session begins, we provide a brief overview covering:

• How to operate the stove

• Recommended sauna and cold plunge use

• Safety and comfort guidelines

You’re then free to enjoy the experience at your own pace.

4. The Sauna Experience

• Interior reaches approximately 190°F

• Rotate between heat, cold plunge, and rest

• Hydrate often and listen to your body

Sessions are unhurried and flexible once the sauna has been delivered. The timer on the Sauna CPU turns off after 60 minutes but can be reset at anytime during your session.

5. Wind Down

As your rental time period concludes:

• Take a final sauna or cool-down

• Rehydrate and relax

• Enjoy the afterglow

6. Pickup & Teardown

At the scheduled time, we return to:

• Shut down the sauna

• Pack up equipment

• Remove the trailer cleanly and quietly

No cleanup required on your end.

Space & Access Requirements

• Fits in a standard parking space

• Clear access for delivery and pickup

• Flat or level surface preferred
