3. Day-Of Arrival
We’ll arrive at the scheduled time to deliver and set up the sauna and cold plunge. Heating begins immediately.

4. Enjoy the Experience
Relax, rotate between heat and cold, hydrate, and enjoy the session at your own pace.

5. Pickup & Teardown
We return at the agreed time to handle breakdown and removal.
