By booking or using services provided by Aspen Sauna Company, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Use of Sauna & Cold Plunge
Sauna use and cold exposure involve heat, cold, and physical exertion. By participating, all users acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and at their own risk.
Guests are responsible for monitoring their own comfort, hydration, and limits during use.
Health Considerations
Sauna and cold plunge use may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, blood pressure issues, respiratory conditions, or other medical concerns should consult a medical professional before use.
Aspen Sauna Company does not provide medical advice.
Assumption of Risk
By using the sauna or cold plunge, all participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with heat exposure, cold exposure, and physical activity.
Aspen Sauna Company is not responsible for injuries, health complications, or adverse reactions resulting from use.
Age Requirements
All participants must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Proper Use & Conduct
Guests agree to:
Use the sauna and cold plunge responsibly
Follow all verbal and written instructions provided
Respect the equipment and surrounding property
Refrain from unsafe or inappropriate behavior
Aspen Sauna Company reserves the right to end a session if unsafe use or behavior occurs.
Property & Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
Safe and adequate space for the trailer
Clear access for delivery and pickup
Compliance with local property rules or permissions
Aspen Sauna Company is not responsible for delays caused by access limitations, weather conditions, or site restrictions.
Weather Conditions
Sauna operations may be affected by severe weather. In such cases, we will communicate promptly to adjust or reschedule when possible.
Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of required payment or deposit. Pricing, deposits, and payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which is provided separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspen Sauna Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or equipment.
Changes to Terms
Aspen Sauna Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
